Pastor Lisa Johnson Harris is the CoFounder and Pastor of Blessed Assurance in Christ Ministries, Inc. (BACMI).

Pastor Harris accepted her call to go forth and preach the Gospel in 2007.  She did her initial sermon on March 23, 2007 at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Apostle Preston Harris, Sr.

She has a passion for hurting women.  She has a desire to make sure they understand that "they CAN do ALL things through Christ who strengthens them".  She wants them to know that they are beautiful in the eyesight of God and that they are loved unconditionally by Him.  Through God's grace and mercy she has overcome some horrendous storms.  However, God was with her IN the storms, DURING the storms and THROUGH the storms.  She wants her life to be a testimony to other hurting women and to the world.  Through her desire to help hurting women the Worshipping Women's Ministry was birthed in 2005.  The Lord showed her in November 2007 that the women's ministry name would be changed to E.S.T.H.E.R.S. - Encouraging Sisters To Help Excel in Righteous Standing.  

Pastor Harris has a very quiet and humble spirit but has been told she is very bold when it comes to kingdom building - preaching, teaching, sharing, etc.  She is not afraid to let people see the real "Lisa" because she knows who she is and whom she belongs to.  She often tells people that what they see is what they get. 

Pastor Harris was born in Brooklyn, NY and her parents later moved to Red Springs, NC.  She is the oldest child born to James E. and Everline G. Johnson.  Pastor Harris graduated from Red Springs High School in Red Springs, NC.  She attended Forsyth Technical Community College in Winston Salem, NC receiving a Diploma in Unit Secretary. She then attended Brookstone Business College in Greensboro, NC receiving an Associates Degree in Administrative Software Specialist.  She has also received an Associates Degree from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Christian Counseling.

She is the proud wife of her "Good Thing", her "Boaz" - Apostle Preston Harris, Sr., a man that she lets the world knows that she loves with all heart.  A man that she is proud to call her husband, her best friend, her lover, her ministry, and her all and all.  She is the mother of five beautiful daughters - Shaunetta, Ebony, Shanice, Cynetria and Ciera; two handsome sons -  Preston Jr. and Antonio.  She is the proud None' of five grandsons and four granddaughters.
